If you cancel a subscription, access continues until the end of the billing period.

If you use the WhatsApp API or Cloud API via InstenChat:
You must follow Meta’s API rules
Rate limits and restrictions set by WhatsApp may apply
Abuse of API or automation tools may result in instant suspension
We may terminate or restrict access to protect system integrity.

By using the service, you consent to this data collection.

8. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted service
Error-free operation
Delivery success of all WhatsApp messages (depends on Meta’s network and user devices)

9. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate any Terms

Payments are overdue

Upon termination:

No refunds will be provided for misuse or policy violations
10. Refund Policy

No refunds are granted for:
Misuse of the system
Violation of terms
Used credits or consumed API messages

InstenChat is NOT liable for:
Loss of revenue, data, or profits
Failures caused by WhatsApp, Meta, telecom operators, or third-party systems
Misuse of the platform by users
Downtime, maintenance interruptions, or technical issues
